Privacy information pursuant to articles 13-14 of the European "Privacy" Regulation (GDPR)

This page describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information notice for the protection of personal data also provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (from now on GDPR) to those who interact with web services accessible electronically on the domain

The information is provided only for well as not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

The information is also inspired by the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when these connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

The purpose of this privacy statement is to provide transparent information on the data collected by the aforementioned site and on the relative methods of use. Consultation of this site by the user involves the release of information having the nature of personal data.

The user's personal data is processed by subjects authorized by the Data Controller and by Data Processors specifically appointed and instructed by the Data Controller or by independent Data Controllers, authorized to access it by virtue of the provisions of the law, regulations and standards.


Personal data will be processed by means of IT/telematic tools for purposes strictly necessary for consulting the site as well as for purposes connected and/or instrumental to the consultation itself.

These data are processed in an automated form and collected in an exclusively aggregated form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site, as well as for security reasons.

The personal data provided by users via the contact form are used only to perform the requested service.

The data will be processed using tools and methods aimed at ensuring the confidentiality and security of the data, in compliance with the provisions of the articles 32 et seq. of the GDPR and in compliance with the national legislation in force on the subject.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.


The processing of personal data for the aforementioned purposes does not require consent as it is necessary to allow consultation of the site



The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the offices of the Data Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the treatment are located and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of  treatment, or by any persons authorized to carry out occasional maintenance operations.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disclosed to third parties.




The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data the transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Unifor Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.


The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses, as well as the compilation and forwarding of the forms on the site, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data including in communications.


Google Analytics (anonymised IP) is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Website, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network.
This integration of Google Analytics makes your IP address anonymous. The anonymization works by shortening the IP address of the Users within the borders of the member states of the European Union or in other countries adhering to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be sent to a Google server and shortened within the United States.

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.


  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the execution of this contract is completed.

  • Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.

When the treatment is based on the User's consent, the Owner can keep the Personal Data for longer until said consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.


Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the Data Controller with the personal data contained in the request forms or in any case indicated on the contact page.

Therefore, any refusal to provide the mandatory data will make it objectively impossible to pursue the processing purposes referred to in this Information note to obtain what is requested.


Pursuant to and for the purposes of the GDPR, you are granted the following rights as an interested party which you can exercise against the Data Controller:

  1. right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to the personal data and information required by art. 15 of the GDPR and in particular to those relating to the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data in question, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, the retention period, etc.;

  2. right to obtain, where inaccurate, the rectification of personal data concerning you, as well as the integration of the same where deemed incomplete, always in relation to the purposes of the processing (Article 16);

  3. right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"), where one of the cases referred to in art. 17;

  4. right to limit the processing, in the cases provided for by art. 18;

  5. right to data portability pursuant to art. 20;

  6. right to object to processing pursuant to art. 21;

  7. right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation, only for the purpose whose legal basis is the consent (art. 7);

  8. right to lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.

These rights may be exercised by request sent by registered letter with return receipt or by e-mail to the corresponding address of the Data Controller.
